Description

Attached split-level two-storey former public house, set on a steep gradient and with main volume four-bays wider, and lower two-storey portion with eaves at lower level. Pitched slate roofs and red brick chimneystacks. Rendered walls and square-headed openings, infilled with timber sheets and having louvres to lower volume. Panelled timber door accessed by steps from street level, the remainder spanned by a level terrace at ground floor level, bounded by wrought-iron railings. Timber fascia above former pub front. A long term vacant building within the Conservation Area with no signs of reuse or maintenance evident. Issues with water ingress are visible to the building as well as slipped slates to the roof.
