Description

The gymnasium block comprises part of a c.1850 extension of the former gaol building erected in 1812-15, the latter no longer stands. The building was used as the gymnasium for the Education Authority which has ceased being used as the campus is soon to move to a new site. Refs: Dixon, H. 1973 Buildings of Enniskillen, UAHS, 40.
