Exterior Description And Setting

A single-storey/ two-bay house set in a terrace on the west side of Shore Rd. It has a gabled slate roof with cement rendered central chimney and cement rendered walls. There is a small gabled porch at the south end of the east (street) elevation, with side access through a vertical tongue-and-groove boarded door on the left cheek. The windows are boarded up. On the opposite side of the street is a small walled garden with beach access.

A building is shown at this site on the 1900 6” OS map but not on the 1859 edition; this indicates a later 19th century date of construction.
