Exterior Description And Setting


A single storey flat roofed house in a modern style on an asymmetrical plan with a garage underneath one end. Roof covering of asphalt; walls of grey concrete brick; green painted sheeted fascias set between parapet upstands, windows of pine, now double glazed, to original pattern. The property sits on an elevated site at the head of a sloping lawn. Curved screen wall to front steps, with shared driveway and turning area laid out in conjunction with No. 4, built in a similar style.
