Exterior Description And Setting

Lever (Closed head) type pump with cow tailed handle. Straight shaped column with spiral decorations. The cap has fluted decorations and an acorn finial. This pump has a spout lug but no pedestal. The pump is inscribed ‘Hugh Casey B’Vadden’. A modern plaque on the cast iron rail surround reags @Jubilee Pump/Erected 1897’. The pump is associated with a stone trough.
