Exterior Description And Setting


Right one of a pair of two and a half storey/ two bay houses set in a larger terrace. Pitched artificial slate roof with similar to a large central wall head dormer (tied into front pitch) which has modern plain timber bargeboards. Rendered chimney to left side. Modern plastic rainwater goods with downpipe to left. Front elevation is rendered and painted. Four panelled timber door to front right with a semicircular radial fanlight over. All windows are modern stained timber casements with thin concrete cills. There is one to ground floor left and two to first floor. Dormer contains a pair of round-headed windows Front garden is enclosed by a rendered and painted dwarf wall carrying modern hoop-topped railings and a matching gate. This boundary is flush with that to the remaining terrace. Left and right gables form party walls with the adjacent properties (HB16/11/013G; HB16/11/013I). Rear elevation not inspected.
