This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Recreational club, now De-listed consisting of a pair of two storey houses on a prominent corner site, stepping up the hill towards the main street, with rendered walls and slate roofs. Mixed style timber sashes remain, and cast iron RWG's. Square headed door openings with fanlights over. Bench seating attached to wall on raised external platforms.
