Designed in 1877 by William Hastings, a three-storey terraced house with stuccoed dressings. Building converted into HMO accommodation resulting in loss of historic fabric and addition of large three storey extension to rear, PVC window replacement resulting in the building to be no longer of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey.
