This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as it is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. Relatively small and relatively complex, low two and single-storey house of irregular plan, part pre-1835 but which appears to have assumed much of its present form in the mid to later 19th century. The building's authenticity has been compromised in recent years by the loss of many of its original window frames.
