This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as it is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. Two-storey house of probable part pre-1830s, part mid 19th century construction, whose formerly vernacular appearance / authenticity has been completely lost as a result of a comprehensive mid to later 1970s refurbishment.
