Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. 1925 by Thomas Eagar. Roughcast house with artificial stone to doorway, typical of Eagar. Alterations in 2012 including opening up of ground floor plan and removal of garage door on LHS to become window.
