Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Pair of Italianate stucco two-storey houses with decorative plaster hood moulds with foliated keystones. Both have 1/1 timber s/s windows to front. No.15 has planning approval for large flat-roofed extension to rear and internal alterations, No.17 is extended to rear and side.
