Evaluation

Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Built 1899. Two and a half storey red brick semi-detached houses in Queen Anne revival style with pedimented stuccoed doorcases. Quatrefoil motif to decorative bargeboards, gothic arched brick chimneystack. Possibly designed by Thomas McCaul. Fairly common design in Belfast, uPVC windows to dormers.
