Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Pair of two storey red brick semi-detached houses with original 1/1 timber s/s windows and terracotta projecting eaves course. While original windows are retained this pair is of a fairly common design in Malone ward.
