Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Edwardian detached house, painted roughcast to FF and brick to GF. Battered chimneys, natural slate roof, original timber door screen. Original timber s/s Edwardian style windows. Fairly standard design of house in Malone ward.
