Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Two storey pebble-dashed detached house with hipped roof in Arts & Crafts style. Green roof tiles & dashed chimneys, leaded multi-pane casement windows, some are metal originals & some are timber casement. Typical housetype in Upper Malone area, not of sufficient interest.
