Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Two storey rendered house with hipped Rosemary tiled roof, asymmetric plan with projecting bay. Rosemary tiled porch with sandstone pillars & original front door. Planning approval (LA04/2022/1562/F) for Single storey side and rear extension and two storey rear extension and new entrance pillars with widened access, which will alter the original character of the house.
