Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Art Deco style two-storey rendered house with front and side central projecting square bays, the latter clad to upper floors in timber shingles. Extended in c.2006 and windows replaced with timber side-hung casements.
