Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Two storey Arts & Crafts style house, asymmetrical on plan in painted render with tiled roof & porch, original casement windows, replacement front door. Carved stone owl to gablet. Fairly plain elevational style, typical of this area.
