Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. "Fairway". Two storey symmetrical Arts & Crafts house with central sandstone arched doorways. Multipane pivoting metal casement windows. Planning applications granted for large rear extension, also demolition of front bays and rebuilding.
