Only a Partial Survey was taken as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Survey. Pair of two-storey semi-detached houses in polychromatic brick. No. 51 has a large modern extension to side and rear, and while of high quality the original footprint of the house has been altered significantly. Strength would have been in the pair, not individually.
