Exterior Description And Setting


Three storey / two bay house on corner of Great George’s Street South and Osborne Promenade, at left end of terrace. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimney to right side. Half round plastic rainwater goods. Walls are lined rendered and painted. Front elevation is to Osborne Promenade and faces SW. It has two uPVC top-hung windows to each floor (all windows are as these). Diminished in height to second floor. Left gable faces Great George’s Street South. It is abutted to ground floor left by a flat roofed porch with modern door (with transom) on its front wall and a window on its right cheek. Remainder of gable has a window at ground floor right and two windows to each upper floor. Continuing to left of this elevation is the external cheek of a two and half storey rear return. It has a pitched artificial slate roof with a modern gabled dormer on its external pitch. Walls as main block. It has two windows set to left on ground floor and one window to first floor. The right gable abuts no.12 Osborne Promenade (HB16/12/026C). Rear elevation not inspected. Rendered wall to front and side.
