Whilst of local significance, the dwellings have all been extensively modernised and do not retain sufficient fabric and features of special interest to warrant a full survey. Terrace of four dwellings, comprising three, 2 bay 2 storey, pebble dashed, fibre cement roofs and casement windows, and one, 3 bay (taller) with timber sliding sash windows and fibre cement roof covering.
