The road-facing, single storey, three bay vernacular dwelling (formerly part of the Ballyknockan Mills group) has been converted into an outbuilding for 66 Tullygarvan Road. It has lost much of its original character through cement rendering, rear alterations and the removal of the original slate roof and chimneys. The building is no longer of interest and is not considered worthy of a full survey.

It has lost much of its original character through cement rendering, rear alterations and the removal of the original slate roof and chimneys. This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey.
