This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Two-storey three-bay farm house facing NE with rendered rectangular section chimneys to gables and a two storey pitched roof rear return with mid-ridge buff brick chimney; later flat roofed return abutted to rear NW. Central projecting flat roofed porch to front elevation flanked by full height canted bays each with decorative ironwork to a canted roof apex. Smooth cement render walling and UPVC casement windows throughout. Replacement uPVC door to front porch having uPVC square-headed fanlight and side lights. Cast iron RWGs.
