This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Three bay two storey gabled dwelling with slate roof, extended to east and having a large flat roofed return added to north. Rendered with ashlar lining and curved boundary wall forming front entrance yard. Original sash windows have been replaced in uPVC and front porch modified with hipped slate roof.
