This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Two storey three bay building with pitched fibre cement tile roof set behind a raised panelled parapet to front. Windows are top opening uPVC casements. FF windows have hood mouldings and are in-line with GF windows. Sign board extends full length of GF façade terminating at each end with moulded console brackets. GF bays are separated by pilasters with moulded caps. Two separate panelled doors to GF level. Cast iron RWGs.
