This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. Previously 'Sangsters Hotel' then Made of Mourne Craft Shop (1969). The building is now utilized as a dwelling. Two storey, three bay with full height canted bay having hipped roof and bracketed eaves course. The building has lost some original fabric and has been modified to incorporate public toilets.
