A former two-storey, three bay parochial house with roughcast walls and slated roof, now demolished and replaced with a two-storey dwelling. The First Survey card records: A two-storey, three bay house with roughcast walls and slated roof, bargeboards are plain. Windows areD/H with sashes divided vertically into two panes. Windows on ground floor and central sheeted door have plain hood moulds. The door is surmounted by a plain rectangular fanlight. Date of visit: 26.03.1971
