Exterior Description And Setting

A two-storey three-bay rendered house with quoins located to the north west of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church on the Brockagh Road approximately 3.0km south of Eglinton. The house has been extensively altered with replacement uPVC windows and concrete tiled roof. A uPVC conservatory has been constructed abutting the front elevation, with a single-storey flat roofed extension to the rear.
