A small single-storey rubble stone dwelling with the remains of a pitched natural slate roof. The dwelling is associated with the adjacent mill to the south-west of Cumber Bridge, Claudy. Although some features survive, there has been a substantial loss of its roof, windows and doors and the partial collapse of some sections.

It is not deemed to meet the criteria required to merit a full survey. The house is in a state of decay and has lost much of its original fabric.
