A two-storey natural slate roofed harled building facing west with pitched roof open porch and projecting corrugated metal catslide roofed extension to the right-hand side of the front elevation. Located on the south bank of the River Faughan to the west of a three-storey former corn mill. Although of some local significance due to its association with the adjacent former corn mill, it is not among the best examples of the type.
