Three storey, with attic, Victorian building in Venetian style, dropping in height to north end. Six gabled dormers, run of 19 regularly spaced round-arched windows, ground floor shopfronts with pilasters. Render with heavy moulded cornice, window hoods and imposts. Demolished and replaced by multi-storey car park.
