Evaluation

Three-bay two-storey stucco house with mouldings, built c.1870. It is not of sufficient interest to merit a full survey.

General Comments

Partial Survey Only Checked maps, webmaps & web images; the building in the 1st Survey image is actually across the road from the location on NIEA maps; the contractors have recorded the correct building as per the map location but not the one in the image or as described on the survey card; address amended to match map location. Contractors comment that building was not found is dubious, since the house opposite clearly matches the1st Survey image and it is clearly visible from the road. - JL/02-10-13
