The First Survey records an end of terrace, three storey house built in 1792. Hipped slate roof; west wall brick, north wall render. Entrance, north elevation is three windows wide with central doorway; west elevation is one window wide. A modern shop front sits on the corner. The building has been demolished in the widening of North Queen Street.
