This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A line of a single-storey, three bay vernacular dwelling built post 1881 with adjoining outbuildings of lesser height. Slate roof with gable chimneys, lime rendered walls, 12 paned sashes. The building has been re-roofed and its character has been altered by a new dwelling built perpendicular to N gable.
