This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. A two-storey three-bay house originating pre-1833, located on Bottier Road, Moira. The house has been modified in the latter part of the twentieth century; windows have been enlarged throughout and few original features of interest remain.
