This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. An early nineteenth-century two-storey detached house with outbuildings, located along the Ballylesson Road on the outskirts of Belfast. The house has been significantly altered over the years, the roughcast render to the main elevation is a modern treatment and the roof, windows and doors have all been replaced.
