This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Since then the building has been substantially altered and this partial record was made during the second Survey. A single storey vernacular dwelling built pre 1833 with adjoining outbuildings. Slate roof, rendered walls; symmetrical 5 bays with large entrance of door with sidelights and fanlight; windows 4 paned sashes. The building fabric has been substantially altered and the rear extension and reconfiguration of chimneys show signs of re-planning internally.
