This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A long single-storey early nineteenth century dwelling located on Carrowreagh Road. Original aspect is much altered by enlarged openings, but the building retains original fanlight and sidelights to original elliptical opening, giving a sense of the former character of the building.
