This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. A partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A former evolved linear group of dwellings, comprising rendered one-and-a-half storey slated dwelling to end, attached to part-thatched, part-slated attached linear section with differing roof levels. Now mostly demolished, one-and-a-half storey section remains in derelict condition.
