A former two storey house with basement, five windows wide on symmetrical plan, dating from pre-1833. First survey states that an unusually steeply pitched roof replaced an earlier monopitched roof, which resulted in the house being known as ‘The Salt Box’. Now demolished and replaced with a modern house.
