A former four-storey rubble stone warehouse building, located near Bridge St, Banbridge. Now demolished. The First Survey card records: ‘c.1790. 4 storey. Slated roof. Rubble & brick walls, colour washed. Altered fenestration. Former water-powered flour mill. Appears on OS map of 1833 U.A.H.S. Banbridge 1969 Industrial Archaeology of Co Down E.R.R.Green. Date of visit: 17th September 1969‘
