This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A symmetrical two-storey three-bay mid-terrace house, forming part of an early nineteenth century terrace, located on the west side of Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. Altered and extended to rear, the original character has been compromised. The building is not considered to be amongst the best examples of its type.
