This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A two-storey five-bay mid-terrace commercial premises with integral carriage-arch located on the west side of Lisburn Street in Hillsborough town centre. Fully refurbished and extended to accommodate a modern pharmacy, the original proportions are no longer discernable and the historic character has been detrimetally altered.
