This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A symmetrical mid-nineteenth century two-storey three-bay farmhouse, located in Ballymagaraghan Td. on Clarehill Road. The house is characterised by rough coursed basalt walling with contrasting stepped stucco window reveals and quoins. However the house has been unsympathetically altered and extended to rear, resulting in the compromise of architectural and historic interest
