This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. A two-storey two-bay mid-terrace early-nineteenth century house, converted into a shop, located on Main Street in Moira town centre. The building has been altered significantly with the insertion of a plate-glass window at ground floor and replacement windows at first floor. The interior has also been entirely refurbished.
