This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Only a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. An early-nineteenth century two-storey mid-terrace house, located on the west side of Lisburn Street on the approach to Hillsborough town centre. Various alterations and refurbishments over the years have compromised the original character.
