This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A symmetrical mid-nineteenth century two-storey three-bay former manse with flat roofed porch, located on the Ballynahinch Road, Hillsborough. The house is currently (2010) undergoing major works and has been extended with interior fabric largely removed, compromising its architectural and historic interest.
