Building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. It is was previously numbered as HB19/04/007 A late-eighteenth century three bay two-storey house with portico, dated 1786, located on Trench Road, Hillsborough. The house has suffered the loss of its early aspect, now having an artificial tiled roof, pebbledashed walling and uPVC windows throughout.
